This is a great cabin to rent. Very quiet area just outside salmon idaho. The owners are great hosts & Very friendly. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. Air conditioner worked great. They had firepits and firewood available. They also had propane barbecues available to use.I would rent again anytime I was in the salmon area.
I was in town to run the Beaverhead Ultra race, and wanted a safe and relaxing place to land (instead of camping in my car!) I found these lodgings filled both needs. The small cabin was lovely- had all the basics for cooking. The bed was very comfortable (though the cross-braces were squeaky)The grounds are so pretty

The location of the cabin on VRBO was misleading. The map showed in town and it was 10 minutes out town and had no cell coverage. See attached pics.

Jamie is correct. The address had shown up fine for years but changed during an update to the system to show the address of a house we sold a couple of years back. I have contacted VRBO and the issue has been resolved.
An error on my part meant we had not booked a 3rd night, which was our intent. When we hadn't checked out on time Brit gave me a call. They offered us a different room and were willing to help us get our stuff moved, as the cabin we had stayed in was rented to other guests. We were only a few hours from home and opted to drive home. We will definitely stay here again. The cabin was beautiful and clean.

This is a very cute inn with out buildings. We stayed in the Clark cabin out-building and it was very comfortable and quiet on a country property with an orchard and adjacent to a horse ranch and across the street from a state park where we spied wild horses (I think). The cabin had a mini-oven and stovetop, microwave (that was very noisy) and a refrigerator and small dining table. It is about 11 miles outside of Salmon so you'll want to get any groceries and the Save Way or other markets in town before they close. All-in-all it was a pleasant stay and we had nice neighbors staying at the Lewis cab which was attached.
The room was pretty clean except for the spider webs and giant spiders. We had to kill 4 spiders the first night and that made it hard to fall asleep despite being exhausted. An overall good stay, cozy comfortable little cabin and the host was really nice and helpful with tips on where to go fishing near by.
The setting along the Salmon River is very peaceful; even though it's next to a major highway, it was still quiet. The cabin had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The wifi was a bit spotty, but we managed. I would recommend location to anyone.
