Take in spectacular views of the Trinity River from every window of this unique, open, and absolutely gorgeous home set on almost three acres! Boasting floors of madrone, hickory, and tumbled limestone, high-end amenities, and soaring ceilings, no expense has been spared to make this sunlit home a sight to behold. Prepare anything from quick snacks to full-course dinners in the open, luxurious full kitchen with a built-in desk and its own gas fireplace to keep the space nice and warm in winter. Dine together indoors at the table for six or right outside on the furnished deck overlooking the river. The main living area boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable furnishings, and a wood-burning fireplace, while upstairs, you'll find a second living space with a flatscreen TV - a great spot to gather and enjoy movies together.
