The 70 m² apartment built by us with comfortable materials has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private terrace of 30m².

Two bedrooms are equipped with top-of-the-range bedding and household linen (160 beds or 2x80 twins) each opening onto a private bathroom and separate toilet. A sofa bed is installed in the living room to accommodate two people.

All rooms are air-conditioned and ventilation is silent.

You will have a private parking space equipped with an electric charging station.

A gate equipped with a child lock opens onto a charming swimming pool area. The heated swimming pool (12 metres x 4 metres) open from 1 May to 30 September will invite you to relax after a day of exploring the region.

You will have access to a gym and a 5-seater jacuzzi of Swedish quality to be booked on site for a moment with your family or couple.
