The accommodation is on two levels and comprises:
Ground floor: one bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a living room with sofa and TV, a kitchenette with ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc., a bathroom with bathtub, and a separate toilet.
Upstairs: one bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, TV, and storage cupboard.
Only the ground floor has air conditioning - fan upstairs.
The rental has WiFi (Netflix and Canal+ access).
No washing machine, but there is a laundrette in the residence where tokens can be purchased.
Parking is available on the street (parking spaces in the two streets adjacent to the residence).
There are many activities on offer near the residence, including exploring the port and its attractions, the beach, shopping and sporting activities.
