This pretty semi-detached house is located 80m from the beach. New and full foot, it is ready to welcome you with its 2 bedrooms and 2 outdoor terraces.

It offers you:

• A large living room with an American kitchen (large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, hood, induction hob ...), a dining area and a sofa bed. This room opens with a sliding bay on a wooden terrace equipped with an outdoor dining area and a plancha.
• A first bedroom equipped with a bed (140x190cm) for two people and a dressing room.
• A second bedroom with two beds (80x190cm) that can be combined into a double bed (160x190cm) and a sliding dressing room with mirror doors. A sliding bay overlooks another stone paved terrace equipped with two deckchairs.
All bedding is very comfortable with thick mattresses.
• A complete bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet.
The washing machine is integrated inside a closet that overlooks the main room.

Free parking possible in front of the house.
Many shops open all year and a market (Tuesday and Friday) are nearby; the car is not essential.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Alles da, was man braucht, in wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung (St. Cyprien Plage selbst ist jetzt nicht besonders sehenswert). Danke an die nette Vermieterin Véronique!

Accueil, situation... tout est parfait. Location pendant les vacances de Pâques. A deux pas de la plage et des commerces (boulangerie, poissonnier, boucherie, primeur... presse, coiffeur, bars restos.... Marché sur place 2 fois par semaine. Location de plein pied très au calme. Bien aménagée. Literie confortable. Nous y retournerons !

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Saint Cyprien

Ganz tolle kleine saubere Wohnung in absolut perfekter infrastruktureller Lage. Ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren etc. am Fuße der Pyrenäen. Bäcker, Metzger, Gemüsehändler, Fischhändler, Wochenmarkt und Gastronomie vor der Haustür. ca. 100 Meter bis zum Strand. Sehr freundlicher Empfang von Nathalie bei der Ankunft. Veronique, die Hausbesitzerin ist die direkte Nachbarin. Ein überaus freundliche Frau. Sie hat uns interessante Informationen über Saint Cyprien gegeben. Wenn sich für uns die Möglichkeit ergibt so wollen wir wieder in diese Wohnung. Elisabeth und Michael Becker

Location bien aménagée, très bien située, proche commerces et plage. Cependant un bémol concernant les matelas beaucoup trop mous et le canapé très inconfortable. Pas pour les dos et lombaires fragiles !

Très très bien accueillis par Nathalie, Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette jolie maison à proximité de tout ( plage, marché, restaurants....) et tout en étant très calme, avec un peu plus loin énormément de jolies choses à visiter ! De vraies vacances comme on les aiment !

IDÉALEMENT SITUÉ

On peut tout faire à pied ! Courses à 30m, marché les mardi et vendredi, la plage à 200m, les restaurants les plus éloignés sont sur le port facilement accessible par la promenade en bord de plage en 10mn/1h4h. La voiture ne sert que pour visiter la région ce qui est vraiment appréciable. Attention toutefois les jours de marché le bout de la rue est bloqué toute la matinée. Donc si vous souhaitez partir ces jours là soit en marche arrière soit vous pouvez garer le véhicule sur une place un peu plus loin.
