Booked a month prior. Zero communication from host. An hour before expected check in still no communication from host. Almost impossible to get a last minute hotel this time of year and ended up having to pay almost double for a room.

Joseph did not answer any messages and never provided check-in info. By the time we were in Charleston, there was never an answer from the host and VRBO had to cancel our stay. VRBO support was very helpful at getting us relocated to a new stay, but I do not recommend booking with Joseph.
