Je me permets de préciser qu'à aucun moment je n'ai été en contact avec cette personne pour valider sa réservation. Le site Abritel a par défaut configuré ma nouvelle annonce en réponse automatique immédiate sans demande de validation de ma part. A aucun moment je n'ai exigé de paiement. Le paiement a lui aussi été automatiquement déclenché par le site Abritel et j'imagine entièrement remboursé. J'en ai fait part à Abritel car ce mécanisme forcé par défaut est très risqué et met les propriétaires en situation délicate. Les accords multi-parties en Abritel et d'autres sites d'annonces comme Homeway ... ont pour effet de publier votre annonce sur de nombreux sites. Avec ce mode de confirmation automatique, vous perdez tout contrôle sur vos réservations et le calendrier d'occupation de votre bien.
