About this property

The home is located on Jenkins Point, a special place unto itself, nestled among the marsh and tidal creeks; the natural beauty of Seabrook Island surrounds you.

In addition to 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, the house has a large, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of common space, an office and game area. The front porch is furnished with comfortable sitting areas and a low country swing, offering a view of the wooded property. The back porch is screened with a dining section and sitting area with comfortable lounge chairs. Each bedroom has a new, smart TV as does the game room and the central family room.

Amenity cards, giving access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are included. These cards give you access to the Beach Club's ocean front pool(seasonal), Pelican Nest outdoor restaurant/bar(seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, tennis, and equestrian center. Additional fees are charged for all activity except outdoor pool usage. The amenity card also allows access to the Lake House facility--outdoor pool(no fees); indoor pool/fitness center(fees apply).

Adequate place to stay in good location.

Checking in was not smooth. Even though we pre-registered, the QR code did not initially work...then we were okay. We traveled to the address listed to find a mailbox. There was no drive and no walkway. Somebody forgot to tell us that you have to enter the property from a completely different street and address. Not a great thing to have to figure out at 10 pm after traveling all day in a very very dark neighborhood with no lights on at our destination. The lock box was not by the door that you enter. The security system was beeping at us as we entered. another sorce of stress with no warning. There was no toilet paper holder in the master bathroom. There was not enough cutlery for a day of use. The neds wer mostly comfortable. The fireplace was not operational.

Fun week at Seabrook Island

There was plenty of room for everyone and the house had a nice layout for our group of 8 adults, 1 teen and 3 kids under 10. The property manager was quick to answer questions and help us arrange gate passes and amenity cards.
