This pretty and simply furnished vacation home is located directly by the sea and is ideal for a family. At this house in Poplat bay you are surrounded by the chirping of crickets and lots of birdsong. The rocky beach and access to the sea are not very steep. Enjoy the surf and tranquility on the beautiful terrace in front of the house. The owner also owns house CDS392 on the same property. Guests of CDS391-392 share the 60 m² seawater pool, it is located between the houses. So several families or a group of friends can spend a vacation together.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open May - end September.

Es war ein großartiger Urlaub. Drei Wochen waren wir an diesem wunderbaren Ort. Der Pool, das Meer, die Außenanlage waren traumhaft schön. Viel Platz und enorm viel Ruhe. Da wir die meiste Zeit draußen waren, hat uns die Inneneinrichtung nicht so gestört. Die war - um ehrlich zu sein - nicht sehr ansprechend. Aber es wir jedes Jahr ein wenig war renoviert und ausgetauscht. Wäre das Außen nicht soooooo schön gewesen, hätte mich das mehr irritiert. Der Vermieter ist sehr angenehm. Bemüht, fair, lustig, freundlich.

Aussen hui-innen pfui

Die Aussenanlage ist definitiv eine Augenweide und hat unsere Erwartungen voll getroffen und auch erfüllt. Das Haus innen ist stark abgewohnt. Das Mobiliar ist lieblos zusammengewürfelt. Die Betten waren ok. Das Bad war sichtlich renovierungsbedürftig. Sämtliche Aufhängungen (Duschvorhang, Handtuchhalter, etc.) hingen nur noch leidlich an den Dübeln fest und waren kurz vor dem herausfallen. Der Spiegelschrank beginnt an den Rändern aufzuquellen. Die Küchenausstattung war unvollständig und lieblos zusammengestellt. RESÜME: Die komplette Innenausstattung wirkt wie aus dem Sperrmüll zusammengestellt.
