This holiday home is situated on a plot of around 20,000 m², surrounded by beautiful nature and with a view of the Vela Luka archipelago.
The house is tastefully furnished and offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The rooms on the ground floor and first floor are connected by an external staircase. The entire living space is located on the first floor, while the ground floor of the house is not rented. Direct access to the sea is difficult, but you will find many bathing opportunities in the surrounding bays.
Enjoy the crystal clear sea and be inspired by the unique nature on the island of Korula.

Herzlicher und freundlicher Checkin mit Brot und Spezialitäten der Region, nicht selbstverständlich und ganz wunderbar, wenn man abends mit der Fähre ankommt.Eine Waschmaschine wäre sinnvoll.

Wenn man Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und Entspannung sucht ist man an diesem Platz genau richtig.
Wenn man Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und Entspannung sucht ist man an diesem Platz genau richtig. Wir waren im August 2024 bereits zum zweiten Mal mit unseren Kindern (9 und 11 Jahre) an diesem für uns perfekten Ort. Besonders gut gefällt uns der wundervolle Ausblick, der direkte Zugang zum Meer und die Freundlichkeit sowie Hilfsbereitschaft des Vermieters. An den Feigen darf man sich bedienen, die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen und sich im kristallklaren Meer ohne Quallenkontakte erfrischen. Es gibt Fische zu sehen, man kann diverse Schaukeln und Liegestühle benutzen und auch ein Bocciaplatz steht zur Verfügung.Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Urlaubswoche.
Wir hatten eine fantastische Urlaubswoche. Der Vermieter ist super lieb und hat uns sogar eine Wurst- Käseplatte, Brot und so weiter in den Kühlschrank gestellt, weil an unserem Anreisetag die Geschäfte geschlossen hatten. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, super eingerichtet und die Lage ist grandios. Wenn jemand absolute Entspannung nur für sich alleine sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Aber auch die Entfernung zum Hafen von Vela Luka ist Ruck zuck zu erreichen. Dort laden zahlreiche Restaurants und Kaffees zum Verweilen ein. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und werden dieses Haus mit seinem Vermieter zu 100% weiterempfehlen. Einfach nur toll. Vielen , vielen Dank. 🙏

Haus war noch schöner als in der Beschreibung. Mario war ein toller Gastgeber mit einigen netten Überraschungen. Das Grundstück war der Wahnsinn.

Wunderschönes Objekt für Leute, die das ursprüngliche Suchen. Mittlerweile ist die obere Wohnung mit 220 Volt ausgestattet. Straße zum
Objekt ist gewöhnungsbefürftig. Mario ist ein toller Gastgeber. Die untere Wohnung ist für Selbstkocher perfekt ausgestattet.
