Bonjour Francis Nous sommes désolé que votre séjour se soit mal passé. S il y a eu un manquement dans la propreté il fallait nous avertir durant votre séjour et pas 1 mois après qu on puisse le remontée a notre service de ménage. Concernant le logement sur l annonce il est bien précisé que c'est un studio et pas un grand loft de 100m2, votre remarque sur ce point est assez étrange. On prend le temps de vous répondre car votre avis et note sont très étonnants comparés aux retours très positifs que nous avons notamment des visiteurs venus après votre location. On ne peut que vous encourager a mieux lire les annonces et posez les questions a vos futurs hôtes pour louer un bien qui ne vous correspondra le mieux
