Enjoy our 2 bedrooms, 1 bath vacation home with an outdoor living area and free parking.

We are vacation rental specialists managing hundreds of rentals all over South Florida. We offer early bag drop and early check-in services (IF available), as well as 24/7 customer support, self-check-in, goodies on arrival, and cooking basics.

The unit's decorated with love and care and furnished with NEW everything - mattresses, cozy pillows, fully equipped kitchen, unlimited WIFI, and soft towels and sheets. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and futon, the 2nd room has a full bed, and the living area has its own sofa bed. Walking distance to Starbucks, Subculture Coffee, or my favorite - Kapow! A stroll to Flagler waterside Park and a short drive to the beach.

Please be advised that we require our guests to complete a pre-check-in form via a third-party application called Duve. This is where we provide all the important details that you must know during your stay, such as check-in instruction, full address, WIFI and so much more. Thank you!

The photos of the apartment looks nice. In reality, the furniture was falling apart, the walls were painted horribly, the toilet paper holder could not hold a roll of toilet paper. The WiFi listed as an amenity in the posting was not usable. I contacted the support and they said there is always an issue with it. No solution resolved the issue. The area of town was unsafe with people living in cars in the surrounding neighborhood. The process in booking was not comforting either. I rented through Expedia but got a confirmation through VRBO. Then I am getting e-mails from a site called WeRent which asked for lots of personal information. I don't know what WeRent is and don't trust the site.

Two doors (closets) had obviously been attempted to be kicked in. There was hair in the shower and the linens from last client were left by door for housecleaner but never picked up.

Not worth the money, not a good location, neighborhood

We didn’t feel safe staying so we end up leaving and loosing over $300 we paid for 1night. Bad neighborhood, people on streets corners. Definitely not worth the money or risking leaving our vehicles on the street.

My Stay

The unit was in an area that made me question if it was sketchy but once entering it i realized that it was just like the pictures. The place was super clean and organized the only thing is that it is a little smaller than in the pictures but other than that everything worked, the beds were super clean and comfortable and the living room area was organized. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. i would 100% stay in this residency again.
