Come home! This stunning 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhouse is located in the quiet Woodcroft neighborhood. This townhouse sleeps 7 people (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin and 1 queen sized sleeper sofa). Staying here comes with access to the six miles of walking/biking trails in the communities more than 200 acres.

First floor:
-This home has a relaxing and private back deck.
-The kitchen is stocked and ready for you to use.
-Open concept living room and eat in dining.
-The living room has a smart TV and queen sized sleeper sofa.
-Half bath on first floor.

2nd Floor:
- Bedroom #1: King sized bed & large bathroom
-Bedroom #2: Queen sized bed, twin bed, large walk-in closet & large bathroom

Renting this home gives you full access to the townhouse. You will not be sharing this with the owners.

You have two free parking spaces in front of the townhouse. (The garage is not a part of this rental. Garage is rented out as a self storage space and not accessible to guests.)

To avoid confusion, and so that you can see an accurate rental price PRIOR to booking, make sure to enter the correct number of overnight guests. When checking out, VRBO will label any number of guests over the first 2 as “Additional Guest(s).

UNC Grad Weekend

Very clean updated cozy townhouse with prompt communication by the owner. But had to contact for insufficient towels, sofa bed sheets & dishwasher pods for the number of people staying. Could use more seating in the living area and more dishes so that one didn’t have to hand wash

Great location

We stayed here because it was close to Duke University Golf Course where we played during the week. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. Resturants and a Food Lion Grocery was close by. The rental was clean and roomy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom had plenty of room and very clean. We used the washer and dryer with no problem. We only gave it a four star rating as they needed a few changes to make it a five star. The light in the hallway needed fixing as well as the remote control in the master bedroom. The couch snd one chair in the living room was not as comfortable as in five star places. The kitchen was stocked with lots and pans and dishes but needed paper towels and dish towels to dry dishes. Just a few changes could make this place a five star rental. It was still a great visit and we will definitely come back in the future. Brad, the owner was very available if needed.

Pleasant and great location

Pleasant spot located in a great area of the triangle. Perfect outdoor walking paths. The townhouse is large, yet decor is very modest. Lacked the kind of personal touch that I’ve come to enjoy.

Great Home Away from Home

This is a cozy, clean and well equipped townhouse. The bedrooms are both very large with comfortable beds. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of cabinet space. Nice deck overlooking a wooded lot. Great neighborhood for walking. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Owner easy to get hold of and very responsive. A pleasant to stay and would highly recommend.

Nice Property in Nice Neighborhood

Roomy 2 BR place, essentially 2 Master BRs up. Nice open layout downstairs with 1/2 bath, nice small deck out back looking onto preserve with paths that wind through Woodcroft. Appliances older but serviceable. Would stay again.

Perfect location for us.

Close to our family in a quiet, friendly neighborhood…close to the city but feels like you are in the country. Local stores are easily accessible. Walking trails are safe and beautiful. Brad is quickly responsive to questions and needs. The beds are very comfortable…water pressure and hot water supply is luxurious.

Quiet place with easy access to all areas of Raleigh/Durham.

We found this Townhome nice and clean upon entering! It was just as pictured. Owner left a binder with everything you need to know about the property. The owner was very responsive when we contacted him about a couple of things. The beds were comfortable, the towels were fluffy and the neighborhood was quiet. Kitchen had enough pots, pans and utensils to cook your meal, as well as some spices. We plan on coming back to this spot every year when we visit family!
