Welcome to our BRAND NEW modern Durham Home, born in 2022 this beauty was born to please . Featuring 3 bedrooms one being a master with an en suite. Our vision with this property was always clear, we wanted to combine all our favorite features and memories from various Airbnb, Vrbo and vacation home stays around the world under one roof. We hope that we have accomplished just that, and we are always grateful for any recommendations and tips that could help us further achieve this goal.

Private parking for *2 cars* on our gravel lot behind the home !

We recently added a new and comfortable Pack n play with an extra mattress, a high chair , and an infant bath . To aid with our traveling parent guests , something we truly appreciated during our travels !

As a frequent business traveler, I sometimes want the feel of home away from home, and the Modern Durham Retreat for the bill. The host was very kind, gracious, and quick to respond. This place is exactly as advertised. We stayed for a baseball showcase and it was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities you would need and if anything is forgotten I am sure the host thought of it and you can find it at the house. The welcome snack basket was a huge hit with my kids! The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, more than enough space for a family of 4, and private! Would absolutely recommend to anyone.
