I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place and how pleased we were with our stay. You can tell the home was very well thought out, because it had pretty much everything you could need, even the little things you don’t think about until you actually need them. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, welcoming, and relaxing, and the rooftop terrace was definitely a huge plus.The owner was absolutely amazing. Very professional, friendly, genuine, and just an all-around great person. We talked like we had known each other for years. He even offered to take us around to different places in the area and to his favorite cigar spot, and if we had more time I definitely would have taken him up on the offer.We drove almost five hours for a concert that ended up getting canceled at the last minute, but I can honestly say staying here definitely helped make up for the disappointment and made the trip still worth it.I 1000% recommend staying here. When I’m back in the area, I will definitely be staying with this owner again. He has multiple properties in the area, and after this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to book with him again. Definitely one of the best hosts we’ve ever had.

We used this mainly as a place to sleep for several days while prepping for my Daughter’s wedding in Durham. While not an upscale neighborhood, the rental itself was truly excellent. Modern and clean with parking for 2 vehicles. We did not use the amenities much as we were busy with the wedding but the kitchen was very nice with great appliances.The water was hot and the AC was strong and cold.We would definitely use this again if we needed a space in Durham.

Great graduation home base

We had a great stay in Durham for our son’s graduation. This house is new, beautiful, clean and well appointed- right down to yummy snacks waiting for us. The owners were super responsive and had great communication. We look forward to staying again and highly recommend!
