We used this mainly as a place to sleep for several days while prepping for my Daughter’s wedding in Durham. While not an upscale neighborhood, the rental itself was truly excellent. Modern and clean with parking for 2 vehicles. We did not use the amenities much as we were busy with the wedding but the kitchen was very nice with great appliances.The water was hot and the AC was strong and cold.We would definitely use this again if we needed a space in Durham.

Great graduation home base

We had a great stay in Durham for our son’s graduation. This house is new, beautiful, clean and well appointed- right down to yummy snacks waiting for us. The owners were super responsive and had great communication. We look forward to staying again and highly recommend!
