3 bedroom stunning home in Løkken

The holiday home is in the first row in the dunes and is uniquely located just 150 metres from the water. A footpath takes you to the wonderfully wide sandy beach. There is underfloor heating in all shared rooms. The architect has ensured that the living room with its large panoramic windows is bright and cosy and furnished with comfortable furniture. The view of the dune landscape alone makes you feel like you are in the middle of nature. The house fits in well with nature, it is situated on a cul-de-sac on a 5300 m² dune plot with a beautiful view of open countryside and dunes. A landscape that cannot be found elsewhere in Denmark. The house is situated between the two seaside towns of Blokhus and Løkken with a wide range of shops, cafés and restaurants, fishing spots and more. If you want to experience something different, then there is the amusement park Fårup Sommerland, 15 minutes away by car. The journey to Aalborg takes 45 minutes.

Eine traumhafte und großzügige Unterkunft mit allem, was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten nicht mehr nach Hause. In der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Blick in die Dünen...einfach unbezahlbar. Leider waren der Whirlpool und die Klimaanlage defekt. Auch die Fernbedienung für den Fernseher war defekt (das wurde bereits in einer vorherigen Bewertung angemerkt, offensichtlich wurde der Fehler nicht behoben). Der Weg vom Haus zum Strand müsste mal wieder frei geschnitten werden. Wir konnten ihn nicht nutzen undi mussten einen Umweg nehmen. Bis auf Hundehaare an den Sofa- Kissen sehr sauber.

Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Es geht immer mehr aber benötigt man mehr für einen Urlaub. Wir haben von 06:00 bis 21:30 Sonne pur gehabt und genossen. Der einzige Nachteil dieses Hauses ist, daß es sich aufheizt und es im Innenraum recht warm wird. Daher gibt es einen Wärmetauscher (Klimaanlage) der natürlich auf die Umlage Strom geht. Aber wer das Haus nutzt für Strand, Fahrrad fahren usw. der wird es genießen.

Entspannung und Erholung

Leider war das Haus nicht wirklich sauber, die Küche war klebrig, der Ofen innen hatte noch Spuren vom Vorgänger. Die Betten waren nicht abgezogen und leider waren auch noch die Handtücher (schmutzig und benutzt) im Bad und Küche. Getopt von mehrfachen Hundekot auf Terrasse. So war erstmal putzen angesagt. Trotzt Kontakt mit Novasol kein entgegenkommen. Wir sollten uns an den Besitzer wenden. Tja nur wie…? Es gab keine Kontaktdaten und ehrlicherweise haben wir ja den Mietvertrag mit novasol….Alles in Allen, wurde es noch schön.
