This 130 m² house has been tastefully renovated throughout, offering an artistic, refined, and welcoming décor, all bathed in natural light.

- On the ground floor: a spacious living room (with a sofa, table, and two benches) with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto a wooden terrace (Fermob-style tables and chairs with a parasol and deck chairs) and a lovely south-facing garden (with a beach shower); a guest toilet with a washbasin; and a master bedroom (one 160cm bed with an en-suite shower room).

Upstairs: a large mezzanine overlooking the living room (three 90cm beds) and two bedrooms (one with a 160cm bed and wardrobe, the other with two 90cm twin beds), a shower room, and a separate toilet.

No private parking, but free parking is available on the nearby side streets.

Linens are not provided but can be rented through the agency. For example: a 160cm bed linen and towel set is €42/week, and a 90cm bed linen and towel set is €32/week.
During the winter season (mid-October to mid-March), heating costs will be charged in addition to the rent at a flat rate of €15/day.
