Bel Appartement au Coeur du Village de Saint-tropez

In the heart of Saint-Tropez, 4 minutes walk from the famous Place des Lices and 7 minutes from the Port, pretty little apartment of about 40m2 with two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchen area and a large terrace.

Very nice bright and fully air-conditioned apartment except 1 bedroom for 4 people in residence of only 4 apartments. The property is located on the 1st floor with no one above you.
The accommodation has two bedrooms. A first bedroom with a 160x200 bed with cupboard without air conditioning. A second bedroom with a 140x200 bed without storage with air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a cabinet with a sink, a mirror.
A living/dining room completes the property with a small fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, electric hob, microwave as well as everything necessary for cooking).
We also provide a parking space in the housing estate closed by a gate for the duration of your stay.
A beautiful and large terrace will allow you to enjoy the sun of Saint-Tropez with a dining table, 2 deckchairs and garden armchairs for your aperitifs.

Part of the residence is shared by all our tenants (year-round and Airbnb) as well as by us. However, another access to the residence is reserved only for us (owner) and will be shown to you on the day of arrival.

Linen provided for the entire duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless prior reservation at an additional cost):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 duvet cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath mat
- 2 tea towels

DURING YOUR STAY:

--> To warn us in case of Damage or Breakage.

--> To respect the calm of the Residence. We are only 1 year-round tenant, us and another Airbnb accommodation to live there, we ask you to respect each person living here. No overflow will be accepted.


BEFORE YOU LEAVE! We kindly ask you:

--> Empty all Rubbish Items in the Accommodation before your Departure.

--> Gather all Sheets and Towels in one Place (returning them to a normal state of use).

--> To replace the objects and furniture moved during your stay to its original place.

--> To Clean and Store Dishes and Empty the Dishwasher.

--> Cleaning Appliances (Hob, Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Kettle, Barbecue, Coffee Machine...).

--> Make the Sanitary Facilities Clean.

--> To Throw Away or Take All Opened Food

In the event that the accommodation is made dirty we charge you the following rate: 150€ on departure from the premises in addition to the mandatory cleaning fee on arrival.


In case of loss of the given keys/badge, the breakage of a key/badge or the lock, the costs of changing the lock and duplicate keys will be borne by the traveller.
