The detached holiday home, built in 1670 and renovated in 2020, is functionally furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area, in a holiday home settlement, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for shared use: sunbathing lawn, barbecue facility, terrace, garden furniture, and campfire site.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 130 sqm and can accommodate up to 15 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Dining room with fireplace, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 15 persons. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 4 single beds. Bedroom with 3 single beds. Kitchen with gas stove (8 burners), oven, refrigerator, microwave and electric water boiler. Hall Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. 2 Separate toilet each with WC.
1st floor: Bedroom with 6 single beds.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Available all TV programs that are not coded, SAT Skylink are - Astra 1 and 3.


Location
Horní Malá Úpa, district Horní Malá Upa, 1090 mASL. The holiday house is located on a 500 sqm open plot with a meadow. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Direct view of the highest mountain Sněžka. Access is via a side road (paved). In winter, snow chains are recommended. Parking in summer at the house, in winter at the central car park (300 m away) for a fee.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early July to late August, diameter 2.5 m, 1 m deep).
