Duplex cottage with on the ground floor: a large living space with fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, traditional oven, dishwasher, fridge) open to the living room with television.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms:
1 bedroom with 140x190 bed with storage,
1 bedroom with 2 beds 90x190 with storage,
A bathroom with shower and toilet,
A private space set up outside with a table, a parasol and a barbecue.

Village centre 5 minutes by car, with bakery.
Gîte close to many sites to discover, the Gorges de l'Ardèche and Vallon Pont d'Arc, Barjac and its famous flea market on Wednesday and 15 August, the Cèze Valley, villages of character & caves, but also hiking and mountain biking! Ideal for nature lovers.
Bed linen and towels not provided. They must be brought by the tenant.
The accommodation is located in a quiet place, conducive to rest. Also, parties are not allowed.

Gîte parfait pour un séjour en famille

Bon séjour en famille

Le logement est agréable et bien équipé pour 4, il est possible de faire des randonnées au départ du gîte. Nous avons pu visiter le Sud Ardèche mais profiter également de moments de farniente au gîte. Les propriétaires sont d'une grande gentillesse et très disponibles. Nous reviendrons sûrement pour continuer à découvrir cette belle région. Points positifs : pièce de jour spacieuse, belle vue sur la nature environnante, espace repas à l'extérieur avec barbecue électrique, mise à disposition de jeux de société et de romans Petit (tout petit) bémol : escalier un peu raide (mais sécurisé à l'étage)
