The holiday flat is located in a detached single-family house built in 1992, was renovated in 2025 and is furnished in the typical regional style. The property is situated in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunshade, barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on the 2nd floor, covered and ground level and leads over 25 steps and an internal stair directly in the hallway with doors to all rooms. Upper floor: Living room with lounge, dinette, DVD, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 9 persons. You have access to the covered balcony with garden furniture and 1 table. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Cooking nook in the hallway as intersecting room, 5 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (150 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with with shower, shower, 2 washbasin, hairdryer and window. 2 Separate toilet each with 1 washbasin and WC.

Harrachov, district Nový Svět, 680 m a.s.l. The holiday flat is located on an enclosed garden plot of 80 sq m with lawn, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 500 m). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.
