You want to spend a sunny vacation near the beach, in a quiet and comfortable villa with a private Jacuzzi and a 6/3.5m swimming pool secured with a sliding enclosure, large terraces equipped with hammocks, lounges, a dining area for 10 people, and a gas barbecue; as well as a pétanque court?
Ideal location for families in a quiet environment and very close to a large, quiet and uncrowded family beach.
Numerous bike paths nearby, as well as activities for children within a 10 km radius (French Touch Academy tennis academy, treetop adventure park, Aqualand, etc.)
Groups of young people under 30 are not permitted (unfortunately, too much damage and excessive nuisance). Groups of friends with children and families are welcome. As the neighborhood is protected from the summer hustle and bustle, and for the well-being of the neighborhood, we do not allow parties or noisy gatherings, under penalty of immediate eviction and non-refund of the deposit or the remainder of the stay.

Accommodation
We look forward to welcoming you to our fully air-conditioned, private villa, which sleeps 11 people, located a 10-minute walk from St. Vincent beach. It features 4 bedrooms with sleek, modern decor, 3 bathrooms with walk-in showers and 2 separate toilets, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. The bedding is 100% latex with a density of 84 kg/m²; the king-size beds are 160 x 200 cm and the single beds are 90 x 200 cm. Two additional extra beds are available upon prior reservation and for an additional 150 €/week.

Enjoy a large living room with a U-shaped sofa and a 177 cm smart TV, and a dining table for 10 people that converts into a pool table. The living room overlooks the garden and pool, with direct access through large bay windows. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee bean machines, deep fryer, toaster, ice cubes provided during your stay, etc.). An adjoining laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, clothes dryer, ironing board, and iron.
Outdoors
You'll enjoy a 6-person jacuzzi and a whirlpool tub. Deckchairs and armchairs are available for relaxing in the sun or shade in the large outdoor spaces of the house. A versatile awning is also available for outdoor dining.

For your parking, two parking spaces are available inside the property (access via an automatic gate); do not exceed the curbed spaces. A security camera is installed at the entrance to the house, monitoring this area. The interior of the house is entirely non-smoking. Smoking outside is permitted, but no cigarette butts or traces of cigarettes must remain upon your departure.
Other notes
Bed linens (beds made upon arrival) and household linens (tea towels, bath towels) are provided.
Cleaning is included in the rental at no extra cost, provided the premises are left in good condition; otherwise, a cleaning fee (or even a deposit for relocating guests arriving after you) may be charged in addition in the event of exceptional dirtiness of the house, jacuzzi, sheets, unemptied trash, etc. This is a family home... make yourself at home... no less.
Our animal friends can be accepted for an additional €100/week, but you must ensure that no trace of their presence remains visible inside or outside.
LE GRAU D'AGDE is located between AGDE and LE CAP D'AGDE, with a family atmosphere that offers many activities and a daily market.

A deposit of 3,000 euros (check or bank transfer) and a holiday certificate must be provided outside of the reservation and returned after inspection and cleaning.
A rental agreement must be signed before arrival.
It is possible to rent the Villa Mr. Honoré, located next door, at the same time and convert the two villas into a single house, accommodating up to 24 people.
