Sweet cottage in a lovely neighborhood. Charming decor and wonderful walks by the river. Close to everything and easy to get to. The host was proactive and incredibly helpful and promptly responded to all messages. The visit Wichita often and will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

Cottage was clean and charming. Minor issues (burned out light bulbs in some fixtures, bath sink stopper missing and issue with Keurig) were addressed promptly. Communication with host was great. Patio/backyard was not what was pictured on the listing.

The description was pretty accurate but the floors are really creaky and loud to where the whole house hears and difficult to sleep along with the heavy traffic . The backyard was not ready for us to hang out there. The house was very well temperature controlled, the beds were super comfy, the shower was great! The host was wonderful as we had a beeping smoke alarm and they fixed right away.

Perfect location!

Lovely house, king sized memory foam beds (wow!). Great location for us, since we were traveling around the state. Close to WM and Sam’s for gas and such and close to our bank for quick cash runs. We’d stay there again in a heartbeat!

Cozy but on a very busy street

We enjoyed our stay. Accommodations were comfortable. The back porch was not ready for guests. The street is quite busy and sometimes noisy. Good for the price of our 3 day stay.

Very Clean!

This is a very clean well kept VRBO. It is on a busy street but that did not affect any of my party. Appreciated the clean smell, very nice backyard and comfortable beds! Will stay again!

Great stay!

Lovely little home near the river. We stayed for four nights and found the home to be just the right size for our girls weekend. The property manager was very attentive, the house was clean and welcoming. We also really appreciated the well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!
