Spacious second-floor, two-bedroom apartment (1200 square feet) with full kitchen (cookware, glassware, dishes and flatware all provided) and connected open living area, comfortable furnishings, large master bedroom with a walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower and full laundry closet. The apartment is accessible only by an outdoor staircase. Unit includes the use of a private, heated pool and full bathroom adjacent ot the pool in poolhouse (only one bathroom is inside the unit -- the other is in the poolhouse). Board games and outdoor games are available and there is an outdoor grill on the property. Private and comfortable in a quiet residential area but centrally located close to St Pete beaches and downtown. Treasure Island beaches are less than 15 minutes by car; Madeira Beach is less than 10 minutes by car. Close connection to the Pinellas Trail offering more than 30 miles of dedicated bike/running/walking paths. Other parks nearby. Steps to the intercoastal waterway and several marinas. 20 minutes drive to downtown St Petersburg and the St Pete Pier. 30 minutes to Tampa or Clearwater. Most Tampa Bay Area sites are within a 30-45 minute drive. This apartment is intended as a monthly or seasonal vacation rental. We have limited availability to offer rentals with a duration of less than 30 days, so generally rentals will only be available for 30 days or more. We offer discounted rates for longer than 30-day rentals.
