Horní Branná, 500 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 30 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 6 cars) is available on the property.

All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from early June to end of September, 4 m x 8 m, depth 1.5 m).
