The residence is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, children's playground, swing, climbing frame, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 170 sqm and can accommodate up to 16 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is covered and ground level and leads over a terrace directly in the porch with doors to all rooms. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Common room as intersecting room, 32 sqm and with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 20 persons. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 4 tables and 20 chairs. Kitchen 20 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (600 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. Bathroom 6 sqm and with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
Upper floor: Bedroom 9 sqm and with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each 16 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed. Bedroom 15 sqm and with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed. Bathroom 4 sqm and with bathtub and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet 2 sqm and with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per cable.

Horní Branná, 500 m a.s.l. The holiday house is located on a farm, on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone, length 30 m). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to late September, 4 m x 8 m, 1.5 m deep).
