Located in the secure ‘Sun Village’ residence with shared swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September), this charming corner house is ideal for holidays with family or friends. It is just a 5-minute walk from the beach and shops, in a quiet and pleasant setting.
On the ground floor:
-Living room with well-equipped kitchen area (microwave, mini-oven, electric coffee maker, TASSIMO, washing machine, fridge, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner).
-Shower room with WC.
-Enclosed terrace, ideal for outdoor dining, with barbecue, garden furniture and parasol.
Upstairs:
-Bedroom 1: double bed (140x190).
-Cabin: bunk beds (2 beds 90x190), perfect for children.
Outside:
-Well-appointed, enclosed terrace, south-facing.
-Private, secure parking in the residence.
Comfort and facilities:
TV, fans.
End-of-stay cleaning included.
Practical information:
Rental from Friday to Friday in July and August. Off-season, from Saturday to Saturday.
One small pet accepted with a supplement of €20 per week.
