THE KITCHEN:
Fully equipped full-sized kitchen. Start your morning with coffee, either a full Insulated carafe pot of coffee, or a single cup from our Keurig single-serve machine. Microwave, toaster and blender for summer drinks.

THE BALCONY:
Enjoy the salt air breeze while enjoying views of the Ocean, Beach and Bay from the private south facing balcony. Awesome view of the Sunday evening Fireworks and 4th fireworks!
It is fully furnished, with balcony-height bistro table, to enjoy outdoor living.

The LOCATION:
Braemar Towers Resort Condominiums is located in quiet North Ocean City directly on the beach. Adjacent to Northside Park, and 1 Mi from Fenwick Island.

BRAEMAR FEE:
Braemar Towers requires quests to pay for an amenities fee at arrival at the 2nd floor management office. This fee includes Security/Lifeguard/ Parking and Facilities ($75.00 Check or Credit).

UNIT AMMENITIES:
The suite is equipped with a large Samsung smart flat-screen television in the living room and Samsung smart television in the bedroom, complimentary high speed WI-FI and Roku. Living room has Samsung Sound Bar w/Bluetooth. We provide starter supplies: Toiletries, Paper Towels, Laundry Pods, and Dishwasher Pods to get you started for your trip
* Linens are not provided, but can be rented by local companies.

Excellent Place to Stay in OC

This was our first time staying in Ocean City and wow. It was four of us including two kids ages seven and 10. Ideally, we would have wanted two bedrooms, but this was a last minute trip. The condo is exactly what was advertised. It’s very clean and has all the amenities you would need to live comfortably. We packed our bed linens but didn’t realize that towels were not included but we had packed some beach towels so it all worked out OK. The beach and pool were both easily accessible from the condo. The OC waves were no joke the week we were there! We ventured out to the boardwalk and chose to drive because it was so hot. Free parking was easily available as well as at the condo in the side parking lot right next to the condo. All in all the condo was very comfortable, easily accessible in a great location and we would definitely return to Ocean City.

August 2023 anniversary vacation

My wife, 11 year old daughter and i really enjoyed our stay at this property. My daughter did not want to leave and enjoyed the pool and beach very much. We were within walking distance of essentials if needed, and was an easy drive to get anywhere we wanted. It was especially nice having the beach locker storage space for our beach tent etc. as well. We found the condo well stocked with whatever we needed.

Perfect Location, Super Clean

The place was perfect for our stay! Excellent location, close enough to the boardwalk but also far enough to not feel crowded. Beach view was excellent and the condo was spacious. While we were there, the other tower had a water main break and they had to shut water off to both towers. Chad graciously venmoed us for water and coffee to cover the inconvenience. Two things to note. First, there is a parking fee which we payed, in hindsight we probably didn’t need to because of all the available street parking. Second, the beds don’t have sheets on them so don’t forget to bring sheets! We would definitely stay here again.
