Welcome to Villa Perrine in the heart of Uzès.

Come enjoy a unique and modern location with a hot tub, pool, and beautiful garden. The house hosts 6 guests in 3 different rooms. You will be able to enjoy the city center with an easy 5 minutes walk. Or simply spend the afternoon by the pool enjoying the view.

The house is fully equipped with high-speed wifi, smart TVs, a kitchen, a washer/dryer, and all the needed amenities.

Upon your arrival, we will give you a tour of the house and show you the welcome booklet to make sure you know how to fully enjoy your stay with us.

Superb villa

We hugely enjoyed staying at this villa - the house design and furnishings are beautiful and equipped with everything we needed. The views are outstanding, and the location made for a relaxing and peaceful break, yet within minutes walk of the quintessential market town of Uzes. We really appreciated being accommodated for awkward arrival and departure times and the handovers were cheerful and most helpful. The weather - and using the drive as a petanque court - were unexpected delights! Thank you for a hosting a super holiday.

Short Break

Villa Perrine very well equipped and comfortable, beautiful views from the property and only a few minutes walk from city centre and great amenities. Uzes is a beautiful city with fabulous restaurants and local produce, lovely shops and friendly locals. Our only tiny comment for the elderly visitor is that the swimming pool is not very accessible, no hand rails and the two steps in are really steep, ok getting into the pool but difficult to get back out.We would definitely go back to Villa Perrine.

Fantastic Property in Uzes

Spacious, beautifully appointed, tasteful decor, comfortable beds in large bedrooms. Perfect for 3 couples travelling together. Parking for 3 cars. 5 mins walk to centre of Uzès! Amazing host - answered all our questions and had many suggestions for site seeing. Quickly responded when we had trouble lighting the bbq. Brought tasty pastries the morning we had to leave early for flights. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette très belle et confortable maison avec une très belle vue et située au calme à quelques minutes à pied du centre d’Uzés. Les équipements sont haut de gamme : climatisation, literie… et un grand parking privé. Nous sommes sentis tout de très à l’aise et l’accueil est excellent. Nous reviendrons l’année prochaine
