About this property

Maison de Charme Normande Entierement Renovée

Located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge, this charming house surrounded by greenery, 5 minutes from the typical village of Cormeilles, will offer you a relaxing stay in peace and quiet with family or friends.
During the summer season, from May to the end of September, my heated swimming lane, 21 m by 3.50m, will be at your sole disposal from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm or more when I am not there.
Close to Honfleur, Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg, Lisieux, an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, equestrian centers and many hiking trails...
The house has been completely renovated in 2023 including appliances, bedding, sheets and dishes! Two bedrooms upstairs, a large bed of 160 and a choice of a second bed in 160 or two beds in 80 depending on your needs.
Part of the garden will be at your disposal as well as a terrace adjoining the house with table, chairs and barbecue.
On the land a little further back, there is a farmhouse in which I live from time to time because I divide my time between Normandy and Paris.
Other remarks
Non-smoking house. Parties are prohibited and access to the pool is your responsibility.

Maison très agréable à vivre, mobilier d excellente qualité (literie etc) Nous avons passé un très bon séjour (la météo fraîche et capricieuse ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine malheureusement)

Idyllisches Ferienhaus

Dieses Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Bestens ausgestattet und frisch renoviert findet man alles,was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Gut gelegen zwischen Land und Meer lässt sich die Normandie gut erkunden. Der warmherzige und offene Empfang der Gastgeberin Delphine lässt einen sofort heimisch fühlen. Der vormittags zur Verfügung stehende Pool läd zur Abkühlung ein. Unsere uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!
