The vacation home is located in a dreamlike proximity to the nearby recreational area "Alte Donau" in the district Donaustadt (500m to the beach), ideal for swimming, surfing, cycling or ice skating in winter. A well-kept garden and a beautiful terrace where you can make plans for your vacation day while having a cozy breakfast, make the house the perfect vacation home.
The living/dining area and the terrace are elevated, so you have a beautiful view over the garden. The floor is tiled and has a large carpet, the ceiling is made of wood. Spacious living/dining area in romantic-rustic style. Two bedrooms, toilet and kitchen are also located on the ground floor. In the basement there is a bathroom with tub and shower, and another bedroom with bunk beds - ideal for children. The bus line 93 A is reached in 3 minutes.
15 minutes walk to the subway connection (U1+U2) to the city center, St. Stephen's Cathedral, Prater, Schönbrunn Palace, Vienna Hofburg, State Opera, Ringstraße, etc. make this house also very attractive for cultural city trips.
