Also, with the nearby hiking trails of Beaman Park just a short drive away, outdoor adventures are never far from reach.
Located just 20-25 minutes from East Nashville and Downtown, and only 10 minutes to the trails of Beaman Park, you find the best of both worlds—peaceful country vibes with convenient access to the city's top attractions. I love the great birdwatching from the kitchen window.
I love not having someone living in front of me or behind me. The duplex is located 1/5 acres, and the backyard is great for a bonfire or for kids to play basketball, soccer, and whatever else. Occasionally you will also see rabbits peek from the woods. #Priceless
