The birds are beautiful and the stars truly light up at night. Most evenings, you can enjoy the big and little dipper! The property is a quaint duplex home 20 min. to popular East Nashville and Downtown Nashville; 10 min. to Beaman Park (hiking trails); and 20 min. to Opryland Hotel and OpryMills Mall. A great location if you want a country feel, yet not far from all the energy Nashville is famous for. It sits on 1.5 acres, and no neighbors in front or back of you. The duplex is one block from the I-24 freeway. It has a basketball hoop, fire pit, lounge swing, back patio, games, books, kitchen utensils and appliances. Two bedrooms...1 Queen and 1 Double...both memory foam for wonderful comfort while on vacation.

Nice property!

Loved the flexibility of check-in time. Lisa was very responsive to all inquiries. The bird's chorus was a bonus! Mother Nature didn't cooperate for us to enjoy the firepit and outdoor swing. Maybe, next visit! We would definitely book again.

This property does not disappoint!

We have opted for vacation rentals instead of hotels when we travel for work in recent years. The home was very clean and super comfy. Our host had basic necessities on hand too so I was able to run a load of our laundry. We may have been slightly sad that the "extra" door didn't lead to a magical world. Lol! But seriously, we truly enjoyed being able to come "home" at the end of each very long day. Thanks!

Relaxing retreat

What a great home! We spent several days here while touring Nashville. This house was perfect! Kitchen had all we needed and a few extras like fresh popped popcorn! The backyard was very private and HUGE! Lots of outdoor toys to help make use of it. Furnishings were nice and comfortable. Our host was amazing and went above and beyond! We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Nashville.

I love being in the quiet yet close enough to the energy downtown Nashville offers.
I love the great birdwatching from the kitchen window.
I love not having someone living in front of me or behind me. The duplex is located 1/5 acres, and the backyard is great for a bonfire or for kids to play basketball, soccer, and whatever else. Occasionally you will also see rabbits peek from the woods. #Priceless
