The holiday home, renovated in 2010, is modernly furnished. The property is located on the outskirts of town. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, sandbox, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site, and courtyard. Use of the rowing boat, fishing trips, and smokehouse by arrangement on site. Information for pet owners: the landlords request that pets stay only on the ground floor.

Garz/Rügen. The holiday home is located on an 800 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday home is an approximately 250-year-old forge that has been lovingly restored and converted into a semi-detached house. Both halves of the semi-detached house RUE SUE 050 and RUE SUE 051 (each accommodating a maximum of 5 adults and 1 baby) are identically furnished and can also be booked together. The house is located directly at the nature reserve "Schoritzer Wiek". Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Es war sehr beschaulich und ruhig. Es gab kein WLAN im Haus, was aber überhaupt nicht als Manko zu sehen ist. Man kann auch mal eine Woche ohne Internet auskommen.

Ruhige Doppelhaushälfte für Kurzurlaub

Gut hat uns die unkomplizierte kurze Einweisung ins Haus und ebenso Abschied davon gefallen. Es ist ein sauberes Domizil, es herrscht absolute Ruhe (so fern die Nachbarn nicht lärmen - das Haus ist in der Mitte in Ferienwohnungen mit getrennten Eingängen geteilt), freundlicher Vermieter, der einen frei herum laufenden, aber friedlichen Hund hat. Super sind die Insektenschutzgitter an Schlafzimmerfenstern und der freie Blick aufs Feld. - Es fehlt eine Gardine an der Fensterfront und ein Kerzenständer würden abends ggf. gemütliche Privatsphäre erzeugen. 13 Gemälde im Wohnbereich - fünf würden evtl. reichen? - Die Betten knarren bei jeder „Wendung", so dass man ggf. schlecht schläft. Und ein eigenes Kopfkissen mitzubringen kann auch sinnvoll sein, weil die vorhandenen eher „wurstig“ sind. - Es gibt einen einzigen Spiegel im Bad über Waschbecken, ein großer Spiegel bspw. oben in einem der Schlafzimmer wäre super. - Kein WLAN (mit personal hotspot gehts nur mäßig gut, zumal bei Regen), aber das soll kommen. - Die Ferienwohnung ist insgesamt relativ dunkel (dunkle Möbel, relativ schwache Deckenbeleuchtung). - Da man Bettwäsche, Handtücher selbst mit bringen muss, Handtücher aber bei Strandwetter evtl. öfter nutzt, fällt das Fehlen einer Waschmaschine ins Gewicht. Eine Spülmaschine gibt es dagegen. Eine Option ist der SB Waschsalon in Binz, was eine Autofahrt von 35min erfordert. Dass zudem auch keine Waschschüssel, kein Eimer, kein Staubsauger (den kann man borgen bei Vermieter)
