Elegant country house on a plot as large and beautiful as a park. A lake, a clay tennis court and an extra-large swimming pool invite you to relax. The spacious interior of the house features an open marble fireplace, parquet floors and 2 pianos in the living room. Large windows let in plenty of light and offer wonderful views. There are gourmet temples in the surrounding area and not far from Bouloire there is a master chocolatier and a 15th century castle.

Renovationsbedürftiges Haus mit grossem Pool
Das Haus war gross und geräumig. Der Pool war herrlich gross und sauber. Die Betten waren bequem und die Zimmer sauber.
Es ist schade, dass kaum Investitionen in ein so schönes Haus getätigt werden. Die Küchen und Geräte sind veraltet, das Mobiliar und viele andere Bauteile haben längst die Lebensdauer erreicht. Die Handwäsche war zwar sauber, aber eher klein.
Auch das Handbuch mit nützlichen Tipps war von 2012 und längst überholt.
Die Mikrolage ist zwar schön und ruhig, aber es bietet wenig Unternehmensmöglichkeiten für Familien in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Trotzdem haben wir den wunderbaren Pool bei brütender Sommerhitze genossen!
