Holiday apartment in the old town centre of Faana. The rooms on two floors are connected by internal stairs. On the first floor is the air-conditioned eat-in kitchen with a spacious balcony. The bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor. The good quality of the furnishings ensures the right level of cosiness. The apartment's location also leaves little to be desired, as the nearest beach and the sea are just 50 metres away. Stroll along the promenade by the sea, with its many café bars and restaurants specialising in fish dishes. As everything is within easy reach, you can safely leave your car behind. The local car park nearby is subject to a charge.

Bardzo przyjemne miejsce. Wszędzie blisko, czyściutko. Właściciele bardzo przyjaźnie nastawieni do wynajmujących, niezauważalni praktycznie. W razie jakichkolwiek potrzeb bardzo pomocni. Mimo, że nie ma parkingu pod budynkiem właściciele mają zniżkę na parking obok. Jedyny minus to wyrzucenie śmieci - daleko ale do zrobienia 😀

Für alle, die gern mittendrin sind..

In einer vorangegangenen Rezension wurde vor der Lage und dem damit verbundenen Lärm gewarnt. Wir haben trotzdem gebucht, da bekanntlich jeder andere Kriterien hat. Leider hatte der Gast Recht und weder die Beschreibung noch die Bilder der Unterkunft hatten etwas in der Hinsicht vermuten lassen. Auf dem Bild war nicht ersichtlich, daß der komplette Zugang zum Haus von dem angeschlossenen Restaurant mit Stühlen und Tischen zugestellt wird. Wir mussten beim Verlassen und Betreten jedesmal die dort sitzenden Gäste bitten, uns durch zu lassen. Nicht selten lag auch ein Hund direkt davor. Die Terrasse der Unterkunft befindet sich quasi direkt darüber und man ist sowohl den Gesprächen der Gäste als auch den Gerüchen (der Gestank vom Trüffelöl wird uns noch ewig verfolgen) bis locker 23 Uhr ausgesetzt. Noch unangenehmer war jedoch der Souvernirladen an der Ecke, der zu Demonstrationszwecken von morgens um 9 bis 23 Uhr eine dieser Boom boom Soundboxen in Dauerschleife laufen liess. Immer dieselben Songs natürlich.. Hatte leichtes Irrenhaus-Flair. Klar, die Saison ist kurz, jeder muss sehen wo er bleibt und man hilft sich, aber das ging einfach gar nicht. Wer jetzt denkt - ok, für Nachteulen kein Problem - DOCH. Denn morgens um 5 lärmt die Müllabfuhr und die Lieferwagen quetschen sich durch die schmalen Gassen. Ausschlafen ist also nicht. Gegenüber ist ein Boutique-Hotel für 200+€ die Nacht, wir haben morgens so einige Gäste entnervt die Fenster samt Fensterläden zuschlagen sehen 😁 In deren Beschreibung stand auch nichts . Wenn man das vorher weiß und sich dann trotzdem dafür entscheidet, ist das wohl ok, aber vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt werden und dann festsitzen ist ganz übel. Die Wahl lautet dann: entweder den ganzen Tag zum Strand oder Ohrenstöpsel. Man ist absolut mittendrin, da können selbst ARD und ZDF nicht mithalten 😜 Die Wohnung an sich war soweit sauber. Der Boden hätte mal gewischt werden können, hab ich dann selber gemacht. Neue Bettwäsche wird wöchentlich von der Vermieterin gebracht, die alte wird zum waschen mitgenommen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Heisses Wasser gab es in der Küche leider keins, dafür einen Gasherd. Geschirrspüler ist auch vorhanden, aber den mit drei Leuten vollzubekommen hat sich nicht gelohnt, und man will ja auch mal die Oberfläche wischen. Absolut gewöhnungsbedürftig war die gesamte Toilettenspülung,, sehr lahm. Also, nein, anhand der Lage zumindest in der Hauptsaison nicht zu empfehlen
