About this property

Family cottage sleeps 6+with 1st floor bedroom with queen bed, second floor loft with twin beds and bunkbeds. Full eat in kitchen, living room with side yard access.Enclosed front porch with large sliding screen windows and deck. Fenced in back yard perfect for dogs and small children. Two minute walk to Short Sands Beach and downtown YB (distance aprox. 2/10 mile). Home is on private road. Amenities: Central air, washer and dryer, digital cable with Wi-Fi. Home has been in our family since 1991 my mother and I bought our my uncle in 2017. Home is 100 years old so not everything is perfect. We’ve updated much of the house but it’s a simple beach house with a near perfect location. We love to rent to families and we allow pets with no extra fees. On a different rental website we have over 100 5 star reviews. Please send an inquiry as we are reasonable
