York, Maine - Welcome to Mia's Place, your home away from home! Just under a mile from Long Sands Beach, this private, newly upgraded cottage offers a perfect retreat for families looking to create lasting memories together.

As you step inside Mia's Place, you'll immediately feel at ease. The cottage features two bedrooms, an open-concept dining and kitchen area, a private living room, and a sunroom where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks after a day at the beach.

The back of the house opens up to a large private deck, ideal for BBQs or a traditional Maine Lobster Bake. There are also two outdoor showers to rinse off the sand from the beach.

During the summer, a nice breeze flows through the house, but for added comfort, there are window AC units in the bedrooms to cool down on warmer nights.

With its spacious kitchen, family room, sunroom, and outdoor space, Mia's Place has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Pack your swimsuit and get ready to enjoy all that this charming cottage has to offer!

Amenities include linens and towels, sleeping accommodations for 4-6 guests, parking for 4 cars, a washer and dryer in the unit, and the cottage is pet-friendly for small dogs with approval.

Nice place to stay

Dog friendly and a 5/10 mn walk to Long Beach completed a simple but confortable cottage. A fresh October stay didn’t allow us to enjoy the large terrace and the outdoor fireplace or the florida room though.

Rest, Relaxation, and Fun!!

Property was great! Just the right size....bigger than it looks! Very convenient, clean and comfortable! We had a family di8nner a couple of times on the back porch with 15 and it worked great!! Communication was very quick and attentive!
