This 3 bedroom unit is the perfect place for your summer vacation. Enjoy a beautiful home, in a quiet neighborhood, with a great yard and only steps to the beach. It is located on the 1st floor of a house.

York Beach has so much to offer. A short walk to Long Sands Beach provides a fun-filled day of sun, sand, surf and a rocky area to explore the marine wildlife. My kids have spent hours catching and releasing crabs and snails and enjoying the tidal pools.

Back at the house enjoy dinner and drinks out on the deck, while the kids play in the yard. We provide gas grills, a picnic table, a fire pit and plenty of seating to enjoy a nice barbecue.

York also hosts many great restaurants and bars as well as arcades, shops and of course the York Zoo.

Inside the house there are 2 large bedroom along with a bunk room. The kitchen has all the basics you will need to cook. There is a dining room, living room, and a screened in porch. There is also laundry on site and plenty of parking.

Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, bedroom 2 has a queen size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 4 twin beds. Guests are required to bring their own sheets and towels. There is a flat screen TV in the living room. The dining room seats 8 people around a high-top table.

Envoy your morning coffee on the screened in porch or a night of lobsters out on the deck.

The accommodations are spacious and clean. A short walk to beach made it an ideal spot. A well stocked kitchen was very helpful

It was a great stay. The location was perfect and the house was clean. The only negative was weak WiFi. It wasn’t strong enough and we all kept getting kicked off the internet. Other than that, it was great.

Really happy with our property. Kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. Loved the large square bar table for eating and family game play. Ample bedroom space. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was adequate and had Lots of counter space . Couches and chairs okay in living room. Outdoor deck was nice as well. Fans were plentiful. Easy walk to beach. Overall a great week

Amazing Family Getaway

Just returned home from a long weekend at Harmony Hall. The place is amazing! The house is spacious, charming and clean. All beds are so comfortable. Many porches/decks to spread out on. Loved the firepit at night. Can't beat the location! Such an easy walk to the beach. Lots of great restaurants, bars and shops. Absolutely love the quaint downtown York area!

Harmony Hall was the perfect place two stay with my husband, son and his wife and our two grandkids!

The beach was a short walk. We weren’t crowded in at all. The year round porch, bedrooms, dining room and living room were so spacious and homey. The kitchen was bright and cheerful and stocked with everything we needed for cooking in. We grilled out on one of the two gas grills and wish we’d had the time to sit out at the gas fire pit. We’ve found the one place in York we’d return to again and again.

All That You Could Want & Need!

As soon as we walked in we loved the place. Extremely spacious, well furnished and clean! The interior was fantastic with a big kitchen, bedrooms, dining area, and living room. Walk around porch from front to side and two staircases leading to a spacious yard with furniture, two BBQ grills, and an outdoor shower. Beach furniture to borrow along with a washer and dryer to keep up with the laundry. We had numerous beach days at both Long and Short Sands and came back to grill, chill, and play yard games. The one day it rained we relaxed in the living room playing cards and board games. I have been coming to YBM since I was 8 (I am now 45) and this was one of the nicest places I've stayed. I went with my wife, three sons, and brother-in-law. We had additional visitors throughout the week come and go and we all fit comfortably. Highly recommended!!

It was fine .

The property was ok nothing fancy and definitely needs a good kitchen cleaning and over haul on the cutlery .There wasnt enough forks for us all and glasses .There were only 3 wine glasses we had to find another . The cupboards and doors were all sticky we had to wash them down when we got in . The owners were very kind . Most rentals have a binder with things in the area and info they didnt provide anything like that., just a few pamphlets pinned to a board. They also allowed 2 big dogs to stay above us and the walls are paper thin . So starting at 330 am !!!! They would jump off the couch or bed with a big bang and just pace and pace or play with their toys until 630-730am when their owners finally took them out ! We all got NO sleep what so ever ! We were so tired our whole vacation and definitely didn't enjoy this rental ! Wouldn't go back sorry :(

Our stay couldn't have been better! Wonderful place for a vacation at the beach.

We stayed in unit one, first floor of the "Big Yellow House." Very comfortable place, well-equipped kitchen, plenty of space for grandchildren to visit, lovely deck to catch the sea breeze, terrific location. The owners, Kate and Maura, are very friendly and welcoming and take care of every detail. Definitely would stay there again!

Such a charming vacation home, steps away from the beach!

Just got back from a "middle aged girls weekend". This property is such a find! It has a lovely farmhouse character and just steps away from the beach. An added bonus: You can also walk to a cute little beach bar and restaurant. The place was impeccably clean, beds were incredibly comfortable, in fact, I'd bet the mattresses are close to brand new, if not brand new. The decor was chab-chic, bright, cheery, and beachy. There were eight of us this weekend, and parking was ample, and the outdoor space terrific. I will definitely be back. In fact, I am thinking of renting all 4 units out for a family reunion next summer. Thank you for a great weekend and a delightful stay in this charming house!

Beautiful house, perfect location, and very cozy on a rainy weekend.

Rented for the first time from VRBO and found it a very easy experience...owners went out of their way to make sure there had been a TV hookup when I mentioned that my mom was 91 and if the weather was crummy we would need a TV! the beds were great and décor awesome..Couldn't have asked for a better experience....I have one question...will I be notified of the security deposit ($300) that was part of my payment (on my American express card)?
