Step across the street and you are on the beach. Enjoy oceanfront views of the sea, 2 lighthouses and 1.5 mile long beach from our 20' plus enclosed front porch. This lovely beach house sleeps 8 comfortably. Enjoy the private back yard with natural pond while you view the many birds that visit. The sun rises straight out of the Atlantic into the front porch. There is parking for three cars. A new, large gas grill is ready for use. The harbor and tidal river/parks are a short drive.

We had been renters of this beach house- and then our dreams came true when we were able to buy it in the fall of 2012. One of the reasons that the previous owner sold it to us was that we planned to continue to rent it- so many people can enjoy its many charms!
What makes this property unique
When you rent a place like this you may think that walking 20 feet to the beach is the best. With this beach house it is different. The absolutely captivating views from the porch are what you come back for. We sit for hours and hours just talking on that porch. We cannot remember the last time we watched the TV while up there... the show the ocean puts on is much more entertaining!
