n an olive grove, you will have a completely independent apartment with a swimming pool of 180 MÂČ located on the 1st floor of a Bastide, between the sea and the mountains, with an unobstructed view. The accommodation is perfect for 6 people, composed of a living/dining room of 60MÂČ, 3 large bedrooms, a large marble bathroom with a bathtub and its 2nd separate toilet, a fitted kitchen with a pantry and 2 beautiful terraces overlooking each side of the villa. Charming stay - a hidden gem

We stayed a week in this wonderful accommodation in a truly lovely part of the South of France. Everything was perfect. Very much enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunsets from the balconies over the French countryside. Loved the Barbecues and swimming pool. The hosts were super nice and attentive. The location was fantastic for exploring both the countryside and beaches. Would recommend the perfume factories, sailing to Iles Lerin and local Golf courses. Mouans Sartoux is a charming village with lovely restaurants all walkable. Amazing value for the size of the property. Thank you very much and we will be back!

Wunderschönes Haus in einer tolle Umgebung

Wir waren als vierköpfige Familie drei Wochen in dem Haus und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Wohnung in der ersten Etage ist Ă€ußerst gerĂ€umig, liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hat zwei Terrassen. Von beiden Terrassen hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf Grasse, Mougins, Mouans-Sartoux. Der Garten mit schönen Blumen und OlivenbĂ€umen und der Pool sind weitere Highlights dieses Urlaubsdomizils. Mouans-Sartoux ist eine sehr nette Stadt mit kleinen Gassen, Restaurants, LĂ€den und einer Burg mit Museum sowie einem Museum fĂŒr konkrete Kunst. Sie ist zu Fuß von dem Haus erreichbar, so dass wir hĂ€ufig einen Spaziergang dahin unternommen haben. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an der KĂŒste und an Orten wie Cannes, Antibes, Nizza, usw. Die Gastgeber Solange und Partick sind sehr zuvorkommend, aufmerksam und waren immer da, wenn wir Fragen hatten (zum Beispiel Restaurant-Tipps). Ansonsten hatten wir den Pool fĂŒr uns alleine, was sehr entspannt war.

Een perfect vakantiehuis

Tijdens onze vakantie in Zuid-Frankrijk hebben wij 2 weken gebruik gemaakt van de faciliteiten van dit prachtige huis in Grasse. De woning is zeer ruim, er zijn 3 slaapkamers met airco, een ruime badkamer en een keuken met wasruimte en tevens een zeer ruime woonkamer met airco. Er is aan de voor- en achterzijde een overdekte veranda met prachtig uitzicht op de omgeving en u kunt gebruik maken van een barbecue. In de tuin ligt een prachtig zwembad met ligstoelen, een bar en een koelkast. De tuin is goed onderhouden, de bloemen zijn kleurrijk en er is veel groen. Wij hebben erg genoten van de omgeving en het huis en de eigenaren zijn fantastische mensen met wie wij heel goed contact hebben gehad tijdens ons verblijf. Ze hebben ons 100% gelukkig gemaakt. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden om hier hun vakantie door te brengen.
