Sundestin 402:
This beachfront, 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath Condominium has spectacular beach views. It has recently been updated with beautiful and comfortable furniture, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. There is a King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. Linens and towels are provided. There is a coin washer and dryer located down the hall. The condo has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, Tiki Bar, outdoor hot tub, exercise facility, and a small store. There is also a restaurant on site.

4th floor room

The location of the property was the only good thing about this place. My wife had to clean the entire place, from the kitchen to the restrooms. We had to go as far as to buy a mattress,comforter with sheets and pillows. This was the only way my wife and kids would stay. We thought we were on vacation from cleaning and house chores.

Fantastic!

The view from the balcony was beautiful, and we could even see dolphins swimming in the ocean from it. The unit was well stocked, comfortable, and clean. We would definitely stay here again. Good communication from the owner, and great staff at the resort. Had such a great time we didn't want to leave.
