About this property

ON THE BEACH straight on amazing view!

Sundestin 402:
There is construction happening at Sundestin. The construction on my unit and my side of the building is complete and we are very pleased with the results. Since my condo is a considerable distance from the construction noise it is not intrusive. The outdoor pool has reopened, however the indoor pool is currently closed. This beachfront, 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath Condominium has spectacular beach views. It has been updated with beautiful and comfortable furniture, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. There is a King size bed in the bedroom and a Queen size sofa bed in the living room. Linens and towels are provided. There is a coin washer and dryer located down the hall. The condo has an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, exercise facility, and a small store. There is also a restaurant on site in the summer.

The stay was so relaxing, we were able to eat breakfast on our balcony and watch dolphins in the bay. There were so many options for restaurants we didn’t get to try everything. Very comfortable stay!

Condo was very clean which is something I really was worried about. View of beach was perfect. Access to beach was easy. I do not like elevators and condo was right next to stairs which was a plus for me! Check in was smooth sailing, would definitely stay here again.

Destin getaway

Easy access to grocery shopping and restaurants. The property was clean and the view of the ocean was awesome.! The only negatives were a slight musty smell and the drains for the shower and sink were backed up. The negatives are an easy fix and didn’t bother us very much. We would definitely return for a future vacation.

4th floor room

The location of the property was the only good thing about this place. My wife had to clean the entire place, from the kitchen to the restrooms. We had to go as far as to buy a mattress,comforter with sheets and pillows. This was the only way my wife and kids would stay. We thought we were on vacation from cleaning and house chores.
