Lake Saint-André, less than 2 km away, offers an ideal setting for walks, relaxation, and enjoying the vineyard landscapes. Close to the Bauges, Chartreuse, and Belledonne mountain ranges, it provides easy access to numerous ski resorts, both in winter and summer: Le Granier (19 km), La Margériaz (approximately 24 km), Le Désert d'Entremont (24 km), and Le Collet d'Allevard (less than 30 km). Cycling enthusiasts will appreciate the many cycling routes winding through the vineyards around the gîte. Detached house.
