This comfortable vacation apartment, located on a private estate, surrounded by century-old olive trees and vineyards, is situated near the Riviera island of Brijuni.



The apartment is stylishly furnished, with spacious living area and terraces and panoramic sea view. From the terrace stairs lead to a spacious courtyard enclosed with a traditional stone wall. For a complete summer feeling, a saltwater swimming pool with waterfall is also at your disposal. The outdoor lighting will enchant you in the evening hours.



CIL056, CIL057, CIL058 and CIL059 have a common playground with a seesaw, swings, playhouse, slide, table tennis, table soccer, billiards and darts.

Eine sehr liebevoll geführte Anlage, man hat alles was man braucht! Vor allem Ruhe! Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und das angebaute Gemüse und Obst, das man gern ernten darf, sehr lecker, man kann sich im Garten frei bewegen. Check in sowie Check out, total lieb und unkompliziert, wir waren schon das dritte Mal da und kommen wieder!

Die ganze Unterkunft inkl.

Die ganze Unterkunft inkl. Pool- Außenbereich am Haus hat man für sich alleine. Es ist ruhig und mittig gelegen und so kommt man überall in Istrien gut hin. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt auch Kaffeefilter, Backpapier, Salz- Pfeffer, Olivenöl, Spülmaschinentabs, Küchentücher und Geschirrhandtüchern etc. Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine, Bettwäsche und Handtücher gab's auch.Betreuung super nett und unkompliziert - eine klare Empfehlung! 👍

Es war unser fünftes mal in dieser Anlage und es war wie jedesmal ein wunderschöner Urlaub.Leider stieg dieses Jahr schon der Preis und wir mußten entsetzt feststellen das der Preise für nächstes Jahr erheblich gestiegen sind.Es ist sehr schade das die Arbeit und die Mühen die die Vermieter hier aufbringen von Novasol benutzt wird um die Preise in die Höhe zu treiben.Für uns leider zuviel und wir müssen hoffen das Novasol im Sinne der Miete und Vermieter die Preise wieder Normalisiert und die Gier nicht allzu groß wird.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus und tollen Gastgebern. Das Haus und das Grundstück super gepflegt. Man könnte sich auch im Garten bedienen. Da gab es Gurken, Tomaten, Honigmelone und Wassermelone. Die hatte bestimmt 10kg und hat super lecker geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Fam. Fourmont
