Welcome to Tropic Oasis by Scottsdale Beach Club! This newly remodeled ranch-style home is in a convenient, centralized Scottsdale location. Enjoy the backyard with a view of the famous Camelback mountain from the hammock swings, while lounging underneath the twinkling string lights. Watch the game on our outdoor TV while grilling, or lounge by the sparkling pool. Pose for an epic IG photo next to the custom “Scottsdale” Mural. Inside, enjoy the massive common area!

*Pool can be heated upon request with a minimum length of two days. The request needs to be 2 days prior to check-in. Heating fee will be $100 a day*



Inside of Tropic Oasis, you will find out why our guests never want to leave! This tropical themed home features a beautiful and large kitchen with new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, in the newly remodeled open floor plan that invites natural light and brightness! This expertly renovated getaway, complete with brand new furnishings, creates a personal resort feel for your stay. The backyard features a large private pool, multiple lounge areas, a grill, a large flat screen TV, twinkle lights and a custom “Scottsdale” mural, perfect for an IG photo (or 20!).



The living room features a 70 inch Curved 4K Smart TV, with streamed live cable (YouTube TV), and the ability to stream from Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and more. There are three bedrooms with the ability to accommodate up to 12 guests. The master features a beautiful ensuite bathroom, with a bathtub located inside the massive master shower.



This tropical getaway is in a convenient Scottsdale location, especially given its proximity to Old Town Scottsdale, Top Golf, the Spring Training fields, Fashion Square mall, Scottsdale’s most popular restaurants, and many of Scottsdale’s most beautiful golf courses, just to mention a few of the nearby attractions! Old Town Scottsdale is LESS than 5 minutes away!!!

Great house for family fun

This house was perfect for our short stay in Scottsdale. Really enjoyed the backyard and the pool. House was very clean and rooms were all as pictured. Just wish we had a later check out so we could enjoy it a little longer :)

What a GREAT Experience

We're just so thankful for this rental and our experience with the property manager, Kendra. My husband had a liver transplant at the Mayo Clinic and we needed a clean, health promoting, comfortable location - with the resources for his recovery. Kendra was just super helpful and managed our stay beautifully. She continued to check with us to make sure we had resources we needed during our rental period. Kendra was a complete professional and the home was just wonderful. I'd recommend this rental and the property management team.
