Courtyard + large plot of land + 2 parking spaces. Ski Champagny link to La Plagne/Paradiski 900m away, Courchevel link to the 3 valleys 14km away. Thermes Brides-les-Bains 12km away. Reduced rates at certain times. 500m away, relaxation area (spa, sauna, hammam) and indoor swimming pool heated in summer and winter. Contemporary style chalet on the edge of the meadow 700m from the slopes. Quiet residential area bordering the heart of the village. South hillside. Very good comfort. Warm mountain character. Pleasant and cozy. Quality equipment. Spacious. Large neat and landscaped garden. All amenities on site. Nice view. Comfortable cottage in the heart of the Tarentaise 700m from the slopes (connection by La Plagne) of the vast Paradiski area (one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430km of slopes). 14km from the famous resort of Courchevel/the 3 valleys. Pralognan-la-Vanoise Olympic resort 12km away. In the heart of the Vanoise National Natural Park. Ideally located to radiate winter and summer on several massifs & territories (skiing, hiking & cycling). Charming charming village resort. All amenities on site including leisure center 500m away.
