Studio located on the ground floor of a chalet offering 2 rentals. Independent access via the garden with private terrace. Living room (kitchen-lounge area), sleeping area (1 double bed). Shower room (large showers - washing machine). Separate toilet. Private parking near the chalet. Sheets and towels included + bed made upon arrival. Detached chalet benefiting from a southern exposure with an unobstructed view of the valley. In the heart of the Tarentaise, 300 meters from the ski slopes of the family domain of Notre-Dame-du-Pré and 6km from the vast Paradiski ski area by Montalbert/La Plagne. Quiet residential hamlet close to the center of the typical and authentic village. Immediate environment very pleasant and conducive to a change of scenery. Quality layout and decoration for this comfortable and functional studio. In the heart of the Tarentaise, 6km from the link to the Paradiski ski area via Montalbert/la Plagne (one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430km of slopes). Charming typical village in the heart of a superb preserved natural setting. Ideal for exploring the summer on hikes and bike rides between Vanoise, Haute-Tarentaise and Beaufortain (many legendary passes) or for a nature and rejuvenation stay!
