Renovated village school located 7km from the ski slopes. Nestled in the heart of a peaceful hamlet. Cozy interior tastefully decorated. Warm and very well equipped cottage. Beautiful volumes. Pleasant view of the peaks and the Croix de Fer pass. Sheltered terrace with garden furniture. Renovated village school located 7km from the ski slopes of Albiez-Montrond, a family village resort, and 8km from St Jean d'Arves/Les Sybelles (the largest ski area in Maurienne with 310km of slopes). On site, you can go snowshoeing in an exceptional setting surrounded by nature, at the foot of the famous and characteristic Aiguilles d'Arves. Numerous sporting activities, leisure activities and various events at the different resorts of the Arvan-Villard massif. Privileged location for hiking and for cyclists with the Col de la Croix de Fer, at the foot of the Etendard glacier, the Col du Mollard and the Col du Glandon, between Savoie and Isère. Important cultural, architectural and religious heritage with the renowned Chemins du Baroque. Perfect destination for lovers of preserved nature and wide open spaces!
