Large, friendly 80 m2 flat with terraces for up to 9 people. Close to the slopes, ski school, mini-market and village centre. 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, the other with 1 double bed and a bunk bed). The living room has a 2-seater sofa bed (+ 4 armchairs) and satellite TV. Spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Dining room with farmhouse table seating 10. Separate bathroom and WC. Pets are welcome. The 36m² terrace is fully equipped with table, chair, parasol and two deckchairs.

Très bon séjour

Nous sommes partis en famille 6 adultes avec avec 3 enfants.Le chalet est hyper bien situé. Tres proche de tous les services, sport 2000, crèche, cours ESF, remontée tous à pied en 5 min maxi.. emplacement au top pour une semaine de ski ! Des proprios accessibles et arrangeants.Sport 2000 vous garde les ski et chaussures sur demande si il reste de la place un petit plus.

Logement idéalement placé. Tout est à proximité : télécabine, supermarché, centre ville.Nous n avons pas utilisé notre véhicule de la semaine. Il y a tout le confort dans l appartement avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Si nous devons revenir à Valloire nous reprendrons cet appartement qui de plus le propriétaire (Gérard) est très sympathique et disponible. Je ne peux que recommander cette location.

Nous avons passer une tres bonne semaine dans ce chalet idealement situe a valloire au pied des pistes parfait pour les cours de ski des enfants a lEfs et proche de tous les commerces. Nous avons ete tres bien accueille par Mr Pasquier et le chalet est fidel a sa description. Nous reviendrons a Valloire .

Logement idéalement situé au pieds des pistes et bien exposé. Logement très accueillant, chaleureux pour 7 personne adultes Idéale pour une famille de 9 avec des enfants, un peu trop étroit pour des adultes uniquement 😅 La femme du propriétaire et très gentille et très accueillante. La cuisine étant bien équipée c'est génial pour se préparer de bon petits plats 😅

Nous avons passé un super séjour entre amis. Les gérants sont très réactifs. Emplacement idéal : les pistes sont à 3 minutes, il y a un magasin Sherpa à 1 minute et le centre de Valloire est à 5 minutes.

Chalet de rêve

Nous avons séjourné chez Mr Passquier du 6 au 13 janvier. Un accueil très chaleureux en arrivant avec une visite de l'appartement qui d'ailleurs nous a tout suite charmé avec les baies vitrées face à la montagne magnifique. Pas besoin de ce tracasser pour la vaisselle tout y est vraiment tout.. Pour les petits plats en famille vraiment top. Mr Pasquier a pris le temps de nous donner quelques petites adresses dans la station pour y faire nos courses un petite plus vraiment sympa. Nous sommes tombés amoureux de ce logement et nous allons louer pour 2025.

Ce chalet plein de charme est idéalement placé dans la station de Valloire. Le vaste séjour possédé deux grandes baie offrant une superbe vue sur les pistes et la montage. L'accueil par le propriétaire est sympathique. Bref nous avons passé une semaine de ski impeccable.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce, décoration d'époque, spacieux, fonctionnel, bien équipé et très lumineux. Le balcon est très ensoleillé et suffisamment grand pour pouvoir y déjeuner. Il est a noté que l'accès aux pistes se fait par environ 200m de marche (pas évident pour les personnes âgées et les enfants surtout avec le matériel de ski). L'accès direct à la supérette est très appréciable (environ 50m).

Logement vieillot avec vue et emplacement magnifiques

Cet appartement situé au pied des pistes, à proximité des commerces et du centre de Valloire bénéficie d'une terrasse plein sud avec une vue sur les montagnes. Malheureusement la décoration d'origine gâche un peu le plaisir. Comparativement à d'autres logements le coût est élevé : pour ce prix on apprécierait la présence de torchons (même si le linge n'est pas compris), d'un rideau de douche et d'un fond de maison (savon, gel douche, poivre, sopalin..). Gérard est un hôte extrêmement accueillant et sympathique : il nous a fait part de ses bonnes adresses dont nous avons bien profitées.

Séjour très agréable

Appartement très grand et bien situé à l’entrée de Valloire (juste au dessus de la station Essence Total). A deux pas de Sport 2000 pour louer et laisser en consigne les skis et de l’accès aux cours ESF et remontées mécaniques. Appartement au 1er étage d’un chalet, confortable et bien équipé, grand balcon en plein soleil. Décoration très très vieillotte, qui mériterait un rafraîchissement global. Attention l’accès au chalet se fait par un petit chemin non accessible en voiture, il faut décharger au niveau de la station essence et garer son véhicule plus loin pour le reste de la semaine. Places de parking aux alentours. Propriétaire très agréable et réactif. Nous reviendrons !!!
