This vacation home offers everything you can expect from a vacation home.



The unique location of the house with only 15 m to the beach edge as well as the unique view over the sea can be found only very rarely. The vacation house is located in the immediate vicinity of a marina and only 100 m away is an excellent Greek restaurant. Among the many excursion destinations the following can be highlighted: Gråsten Castle, Dybbøl Banke, Universe and the Paper Museum in Gråsten. It is only about 20 km from the cottage to the German border.



Also visit Sønderborg, which is worth a visit with its cozy pedestrian zone and beautiful city ambience. In Sønderborg, a variety of nice cafes, restaurants and a fantastic kajanlage with the castle of Sønderborg invite you to stay. Fishing enthusiasts will find rich opportunities for fishing in the bay where the house is located, as on the island of Als.

Wir waren das zweite mal im Haus und beide Male sehr glücklich.Vom Haus aus, schaut man direkt auf das Meer, einer der bekanntesten Wanderwege Dänemarks geht direkt vor der Tür vorbei, Sauna, Kamin, was will man mehr.Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, gute Kaffee Maschine, selbst Knoblauchpresse, Handrührgerät, und scharfe Messer fehlen nicht. Die Sauna ist OK aber kein Knaller.Geheizt wird mit Strom und der wird gesondert abgerechnet, zu einem überteuerten kWh Preis. Man muss sich also auf eine ordentlich Nachzahlung einstellen. Internet ist schnell, WLAN ist OK aber nicht bis in alle Räume zu empfangen.10 Minuten entfernt sind große, gut ausgestattete Supermärkte.
