Gîte located on the ground floor of the owners' house. Separate entrance. Living room-kitchen-lounge (sofa bed in a sleeping 2 people). 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200cm / 2 single beds 90x190cm). Duvet, sheets and beds made on arrival. Large shower room with Italian shower. Separate WC. Laundry. Private terrace overlooking the vineyards and the Chartreuse mountain range. Wifi internet connection. Private parking on site. Apartment in a contemporary villa located in the heart of the vineyards and enjoying a beautiful south exposure with open views. Very good comfort and warm cozy cachet. Beautiful day room with a kitchen equipped with a large work surface and many amenities. Baby equipment available. An address to discover to enjoy the many assets of the vineyard of Savoie.
